- PTO accrual begins from day 31 of employment – 1st year, 10 days (80 hours) accrued at 1.67 hours per pay period. 2ndyear, 15 days (120 hours) accrued at 2.31 hours per pay period. 5th year, 20 days (160 hours) accrued at 3.08 hours per pay period.
- Health Insurance coverage which will take place on the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment. PenguinData covers 100% of employees and 60% of spouse/dependent coverage.
- Opportunity for enrollment in the corporate 401k program (with a match up to 3%)
- Dental/Life/Short-Term Disability. PenguinData pays 100% of the premium on all three benefits for employees.
