Primary Position Duties:
As a SimplyPEO Account Champion, you will play a pivotal role in client success. This fast-paced role includes:
- Being the primary point person for your SimplyPEO clients
- Assist in annual benefit open enrollment communications
- Track and assist, when needed, client payroll calendars
- Be the first point of contact for client & client employees concerns and questions
- Act as a liaison between the Client, SimplyPEO, and our HR Partners
- Ability to execute and deliver HR action plans to clients alongside our HR Partners
- Assist in processing HRIS updates relating to hiring, onboarding, raises, promotions, address changes, direct deposits, w-4's and terminations
- Train clients on Simply's HR processes and systems
Position Requirements:
- Ablity to work in a multi-client environment
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to work well with other members of the team.
- High-level ability of accuracy and attention to detail is required.
- Intermediate computer experience, as well as knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to perform job responsibilities with a minimum of supervision.
Education or Skills:
- BA Preferred or five years in a similar role
- Payroll, SHRM, Risk, Insurance licensed candidates are a plus
- Proficent in working within CRMs and ticket systems (Hubspot/Zendesk)
