Position Summary:
We are looking for a .Net Developer to join our Agile team. As a .NET Developer you will be involved as a full stack developer. This entails design, development, coding, customization, communication, testing, and deployment in support of enterprise packaged solutions.
Primary Position Duties:
This is what we are expecting from you as a .NET Developer:
- Utilize established development tools, guidelines and conventions including but not limited to C# and SQL
- Prepare and maintain test driven applications
- Communication skills. Communicate verbally at a technical and business domain level. Communicate succinctly via tests and production code
- Be active and open to learn agile practices and principles, design patterns, and sharing of lessons learned
- API implementation and design
- Database implementation and design
- Manage defect tracking system and resolve all issues and prepare update for systems.
- Investigate and develop skills in new technologies
- Participation in daily standups, weekly iterations, and design discussions
Position Requirements and Qualifications:
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or equivalent with programming experience
- Design and/or development experience with C# and SQL databases in an n-tier architecture.
- Able to work effectively in a small team environment, taking on all aspects of the design and development
- Passion for technology, continuous learning and a curious mind
- Must be part of an active, in person, Agile team in our Southern California office location
- Experience with concurrent development source control (Git) and continuous integration (JetBrains TeamCity)
- Solution Design Patterns and Best Practices is a plus
- Experience with Web Service design is a plus
- Knowledge of the HealthCare Industry is a plus
